This is from a set of advertising posters produced by United in the early 2000's and is promoting travel to Ho Chi Minh City, the capital of Vietnam and formerly Saigon.

Aviation pioneer William Boeing began what was to become United Air Lines in 1916. It can now claim to be one of the oldest and largest carriers in the world.
